
Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 0.13 tsp salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp melted butter or oil
Steps
- Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Add milk, egg, and melted butter; stir until just combined.
- Heat a lightly oiled skillet over medium heat.
- Pour 1/4 cup batter per pancake and cook until bubbles form.
- Flip and cook 1 to 2 minutes more.

- Add cocoa powder for chocolate pancakes
