Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 0.13 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp melted butter or oil

Steps

  1. Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Add milk, egg, and melted butter; stir until just combined.
  3. Heat a lightly oiled skillet over medium heat.
  4. Pour 1/4 cup batter per pancake and cook until bubbles form.
  5. Flip and cook 1 to 2 minutes more.
