  • 2 tbsp mixed seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, or flax)
  • 0.5 cup plain yogurt or milk (any kind)
  • 0.5 cup mixed fresh fruit (berries, apple slices, or banana)
  • 1-2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 0.25 tsp cinnamon (optional)

Steps
