
Breakfast Muesli Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats (gluten-free if needed)
- 0.25 cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or hazelnuts)
- 2 tbsp mixed seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, or flax)
- 0.5 cup plain yogurt or milk (any kind)
- 0.5 cup mixed fresh fruit (berries, apple slices, or banana)
- 1-2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 0.25 tsp cinnamon (optional)
Steps
- Combine oats, chopped nuts, and seeds in a bowl.
- Pour yogurt or milk over the mixture.
- Add fresh fruit on top.
- Drizzle honey or syrup and sprinkle cinnamon if desired.
- Stir gently and serve chilled or at room temperature.
